In the late 90's, my friend Karen, who had a photo of herself aged 4 on Bob Marley's knee in her dad's flat, where he used to stay in early 70's Brixton, once confessed to me she didn't really bother with reggae any more: she had found jazz, and daid she felt like she had come home...
