Sorry, but not true. ❤ I saw her happy, smiling, relaxed, and looking beautiful into her old age. Of course, she gave back to you as only animals can. I know you are practicing humility, but I really did see in her many appearances that she was happy. I think it is a great thing to have a little creature in your care, whose life will be so short, and pack so much love and joy into her days. Well done. *legit crying right now*

There is no magical place with all rainbows and sunshine eternally The only possible heaven is making it yourself as you live this life Pretty sure the hamster had a heaven like life just living its life leisurely and snacking and being cute. And she lived her life. That's it . There is nothing more or less to it. Try to get used to this notion, because that's the reality. There is no better "place" There is only the best place that you can make for your loved ones as long as they are alive.

My hamster Trixie passed away 3 months ago. I woke up, saw her lying with no sights of movement, I pet her, checked if her heart beats, or she breathes...nothing. I pet her the last time, said goodbye, and I lied on my bed, crying, with such memories, nobody leaves you. Spicy didn't leave. She is just resting.

This is so touching. I lost my hammy yesterday, and he was the same as this one towards the end of his life. Now I'm at work torturing myself with goodbye-videos, planning how to say goodbye to my own friend. I am going to make him a box like you made, and he will be buried in the forest in a place I've always thought he would've loved to explore.

This made me breakdown in tears for two reasons. one: it is heartbreaking to watch such a loving and cute hamster go and it isn't fair that she was taken from this world but she is in a better place now happy and with all of the food her little heart desires. Two: I just can't imagine dealing with the pain that my precious baby Ichigo (who is a teddy bear hamster) will have to go someday because he turned one not too long ago on the sixth of this month and a hamsters life expectancy is very short, and I'm not sure I know how much time I will have left with him or how I will take his passing 😭 Update:6/20/21 My Hamster who is dear to me has passed away due to a accident I believe was my fault he wasn't old enough to go and I wasn't ready to say goodbye yet 😢 if only I wasn't sleeping or took better precautions he'd still be here with me in my arms sleeping like he used to do

I know it’s hard to do, but try not to think of the mortality of your pet while they’re alive too much (just bums you out) What always helps me when I catch myself doing it is to just go spend time with them right then. It’s like, ok, you’re here now, and I’m giving you love. That’s what matters. And just savor the moments. I’ve had 3 hamsters, as well as probably over 10 other small animals and several cats and dogs, most of them are gone now (childhood and teen year pets) but they always live on in your heart

My mom sold my hamster a month ago... But the feeling is like you are saying goodbye to your pet is like it passed away and you will never see it again😖💔 R.I.P, Spicy, little angle💖🕊😢

She was one of my favorite Hammies. Very funny and always adorable. Im glad she at least didn't suffer for long and generally had a happy good life under your care. May she Rest in Peace with lots of food awaiting her.

I got my hamster for my birthday, I went to the pet shop and when I saw her I immediately knew I wanted her. She is 9 months old right now I can't imagine how I would feel if she passed. As weird as it may sound, my hamster is kind of my best friend. Luckily I treat her well and I hope she lives another 1⅕ years :)
