Lele can’t rest in peace because his death was the result of the maltreatment of the Zoo. Lele was in poor health condition due to the deteriorating living environment and poor quality of Bamboo. The zoo shall take all the blames and apologize to the public. This kind of tragic shall never happen again.

Memphis Zoo is absolutely deplorable. The animal cruelty exhibited by the zoo is inexcusable. Lele died prematurely due to the zoo's blatant neglect and lack of care. Memphis Zoo needs to be held accountable and must reveal all of LeLe's medical records and his cause of death to the public!

I hope Ya Ya can return to China safely. She deserves it. Memphis Zoo needs to answer the death of Le Le. Canada Zoo sent back their pandas to China in 2020 because the zoo could not provide fresh bamboo for the pandas.

LeLe’s death could have been avoided if Memphis Zoo had not been indifferent to LeLe’s symptoms since mid-January. People all over the world noticed that he was not behaving normally. He was eating too little, and was showing signs of weakness, lethargy, and digestive issues. He also collapsed on the ground a few times. On the last day of his life, on January 31, he could barely eat and spent most of the time curled on the rock or on the floor, showing clear signs of sickness. The keepers left earlier on this day and LeLe was left to die alone.

Memphis be trying to hide n cover up stuffs by saying "aww we miss him dearly..we are so heartbroken"🙉 videos have immersed showing how lele and Yaya were ignored ...no cleanliness, no fresh bamboos, moreover feeding them small amount of bamboos. Absolutely devastated. LeLe, at Memphis Zoo, has died. Just six weeks ago we (In Defense of Animals and Panda Voices) were celebrating that he and YaYa would be returned to their homeland of China once the contract ends in April. After 20 years of suffering at the Memphis Zoo, he was so close to release from that terrible place. But he didn’t make it. The zoo failed him. Rest in peace beautiful boy. You were too good for this cruel, human dominated world. Of course the zoo is saying they are devastated and mourn his passing, but in reality they destroyed this precious individual through awful care.

We do not want YaYa to suffer like Lele did! Please provide YaYa with ample food, not just hard bamboo that he cannot even chew. YaYa's body is very weak and he eats very little every day because there is no bamboo that he likes! If Memphis Zoo wants to regain public favor, please immediately correct the behavior of animal abuse, treat animals kindly, and use genuine love to care for them. Give YaYa love, fresh and delicious bamboo, as well as other foods such as apples, carrots, and so on. Let the public keep their last bit of goodwill towards Memphis Zoo. This is where Memphis Zoo managers should reflect and improve. Please give YaYa sufficient food, emotional comfort, and treatment for his skin disease! Animals are very innocent, and they will be grateful if you treat them well. Please use love to embrace and cherish animals. Both Panda doesn't looked well taken care of. With their old age they should've given the most care. I don't even feel the genuineness of the keepers on their previous video regarding how LeLe & YaYa live their everyday lives unlike Panda Keepers from Everland Panda World, South Korea who's very hands on in all the needs (enrichment & enhancement training) of their panda Bao family (LeBao, AiBao & their daughter FuBao). The Bao family is the healthiest, spoiled rotten & smartest pandas i've seen among the loaned pandas. Hope YaYa can go back to her homeland safe & healthy to enjoy & at least experience a way much better life on her remaining lifetime that she deserves which sadly LeLe never did. RIP LeLe. You're in a better place now. 😥

How many years has it been since the giant panda Yaya took a bath? Look at the water that the Memphis Zoo let Yaya drink. It’s no wonder that she doesn’t get sick. The zoo is dirty indoors and outdoors, and this environment causes Yaya to suffer from skin diseases all over her body. Giant pandas can't do it when it's too hot or too cold. People from home and abroad have to come and see the living environment of Yaya. Our Chinese giant pandas cook 16 hours a day, apples, bamboo shoots, pots of milk, custom-made steamed buns, carrots, etc. Look at Yaya? Yaya relies on begging for food to eat, and the breeder in the US throws it directly into the sewage. Yaya can't reach it, and she walks around hungry.

Here is the full story about yaya and lele So, America have wanted a panda for quite a while and finally at 2003 they got YaYa and LeLe, Yaya and Lele was very healthy and chubby at the first few year at memphis zoo. Then yaya got pregnant at 2007 january, memphis zoo was very happy and excited and treated yaya pretty good. But then they found out Yaya miscarried her baby, and because of that america needs to pay a lot of money, and I think they weren’t happy about that and they started treating Yaya and Lele unfairly. We all know panda's likes to eat bamboo’s and fruits right? Memphis zoo do give them bamboos but they are not fresh at all! they sold all the fresh bamboo to canada and Yaya and Lele only have dried and thin bamboo! they actually weren’t even edible! An average panda eats up to 26-84 pounds of bamboo per day, but memphis zoo only give about 24 pounds of bad, thin bamboo for both Yaya and Lele. That caused Yaya and Lele being skinny and having health issues, panda is not suppose to look like that! Other pandas gets treats like apples and grapes but Yaya and Lele only get about 2-4 piece of grape a week or month, they have never had 1 single bite of an apple. Because of that some zoo keepers also mistreat them, they never play with them, or hug them! If you see the Memphis zoo live camera some zoo keepers even kick Yaya and Lele now and before. Some of us know Yaya and Lele have an outside yard but I have never seen them out there! Do you want to know why? because Yaya and Lele is locked in that small room and is only let out twice! And that caused Yaya and Lele to have mental problems and stress problems and is known to be called Zoochosis, they bang their head up and down for hours, walk in circles continuously, that is not how a normal panda should behave! Yaya and Lele apear lonely, skinny, stressed, and dirty. Yaya and Lele have SO many sicknesses and diseases and Infection we could lost count! Some people might say how do zookeepers mistreat them? Well, there is a real time where is halloween and the memphis zoo is suppose to give each animal a pumpkin as an reward, they gave all the animals a slice of pumpkin, but guess what? They did not give Yaya and Lele one, Yaya and Lele had to watch other animals eating that delicious slice of pumpkin..., if you all check the panda at Japan, treated SO well, they even collected XiangXiangs poop. And also russia, we know russia is not in a good place right now but we can't deny that they treat our panda well, Yuan Run was 200 pound when he was sent to russia, but now he is 240 pounds, we all know a panda should weigh about 120-250 pounds, but yaya and lele only weighs about 80 pounds. Also the Korean panda Fubao, the zookeeper treated Fubao as his own grandson, just about 2 years he made over 60 toys for fubao, and even taught him chinese because he was scared fubao dont know chinese. And the rest of the pandas is living their best lives out there. We also should not for get the other American Panda Meixiang, i dont know much about MeiXiang but I know she is mistreated, and she don't even get bamboos sometimes, they feed her ice. Yes i know, Ice. MeiXiang even had to eat ice at winter. Now Lele is gone...China have the right to get Leles body back, it is the law to get Lele back, but instead of returning Lele, they turned Lele into a taxidermist and is put into a museum... OUTRAGED THAT MEMPHIS ZOO STILL WANTS 2 MORE HEALTHIER AND YOUNGER PANDAS, HUH, AFTER WHAT YOU DID TO LELE AND YAYA, YOU WISH YOU CAN!
