Lessons learnt: 1-selfless service 2-detachment 3-unconditional love 4-reverence & 5-serving against all odds it's sad when a foreigner comes to India with a noble mindset n find herself trapped in a zone of money-sucker's.. how can we be so petty headed.. it's time to introspect, let's be more ethical n virtuous, n maintain a decent level of integrity, lets be little more selfless and compassionate. I still have to meditate deeply on the causes of the massive Kurushetra battle. Superficially, one learns that a family divided by deva and asura factions was not able to resolve the conflict without a war. And this war was inflamed, instigated or brought upon by the disgraceful insult to a great lady devotee! Krsna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead is not easy to understand, nor is He to be taken as cheap.

God is someone who is up there While bagwan can be used to anyone who rises to high consciousness level and realized himself like Buddh bagwan, etc or it used in hindu context when bagwan vishnu take birth on the earth in different forms. God is western concept. In india highest form is known as 'prbrhaman'. Bagwan can never be equal to 'the god'. Like energy can never be equal to shakti Shakti =energy +intelligence of its own. There are many sanskrit and even hindi words which are no translatable! You can't convert them directly to English. They must be used as it is otherwise loose its meaning like you just did with bagwan by equating it with 'God'. It leads to digestion of our culture Don't do it

Such a powerful sentence. Why are we living? To feed ourselves? Even animals can do it. Empathy is what makes us human. To share other's pain and suffering and bring joy to them. That is the essence of true humanity. If even 1/3 of Indians could realise this, they will realise the true meaning of religion.
