We must never underestimate Layne. Good job nice to know that there is another critter wrangler in the world. Can't tell you the number of times I have had to rescue my husband, children, and grandchildren from all sorts of creatures. My husband always yells that one of my pets has gotten into the house.

The car is a 1972 Pontiac LeMans, owned by Layne's father - first owner, so he's had it for over 50 years! The sounds at the beginning you wondered about are Cesar, but they are using some production techniques to modify his voice. VoicePlay isn't shy about using production techniques to produce the sounds they want to hear - Layne's beatboxing sounds are often modified with production tricks. And since Layne arranged this one, he can pretty much do anything he wants to with the sounds! But Geoff does it on songs he arranges as well - Seven Nation Army had a number of production techniques used on the vocals as well. Everybody kind of forgets how good a voice Layne has until he sings - he was the original baritone for VoicePlay when they began. You reacted much better to the snake than my mom did when she saw one in the garage - she took a baseball bat to it! Quite a mess to clean up, too!

We used to live in the Atlanta area, with a wooded area behind the house. The cats would often bring in snakes, which I could put out. But I let my husband take care of the crayfish. (Those things are creepy and fast!)

Considering Eli's full name is an uncommon name to begin with, (Eliezer, and even *I'M* not sure on how to pronounce that) I think you can be forgiven for the fact that at least you're pronouncing it correctly! Rhymes with jelly, and not pronounced Ee-Lie. As for your next reaction Nothing Else Matters is DEFINIITELY one that will shock and amaze you. Anything they've released this year has been absolutely amazing, actually. If you're an Aerosmith fan, their version of Dream On is great. That video is actually a mini series with their covers of Imagine Dragon's Warriors, and The White Stripes Seven Nation Army. It's a post-apocalyptic story telling. Hope that can steer you further on your VoicePlay journey. (Also, thank you for remembering to "rewind" the video after your cat made friends with a snake! It helps both you and watchers alike!)
