I just noticed this but here, this line "Come my minions, Rise for your master, Let your evil shine! Find her now, Yes, fly ever faster" Is slowed down in the Anastasia musical and it's in a song called "Stay I prayed you" "To bridge and river Forest and waterfall Orchard, sea, and sky Harsh and sweet And bitter to leave it all" I wonder if they took inspiration from this song, which is super interesting considering that the context of both songs is super different

Calxiyn since they couldn’t have Rasputin in the Broadway musical, because they were trying to make it more historically accurate, they had the ending score of “In the Dark of the Night” in “Stay I Pray You” as a nod to it. It makes me very happy :)

if you listen closer, in the Final scene where Vlad rush in to found out that Anastasia was gone, in a few bars, you can hear the Rhythm of the Chorus of "At the Beginning"

This was so fun, could tell you were having a blast with it. Loved all of the chorus stuff, for a sec I was like is that all her! Yes it is because "Terror will find her" was not in the original lyrics XD Man, those belts too, the one on "Nightmares are real" and the end one gave me chills. Sooo amazing, this is my favorite song from Anastasia and you rocked it so hard! Loved it!
