Честно говоря, вводит меня в большое сомнение, приготовление сего блюда. Криветка, как и остальные морепродукты, не терпят длительной термообработки. Две минуты максимум. Дальше, превращается в резину. Но, кто, я такой, чтобы судить об этом. Это их культура, они знают, что делают.

James Bustard should be oyster 蚝oil(sauce)油，蚝油，But I suspect they used voice recognition to type the Chinese word, so the system mistook 蚝oyster as 耗 consumption, since they sound the same. And oil and fuel share the same chinese 油。 So it end up like this 🤣🤣🤣
