6 жыл бұрынDark Bowser and the Dark Star Core have returned to close out this year's GaMetal May Madness! ...wait what do you mean it's not May?
When I asked what old GaMetal remixes you'd like to see return this year, I was surprised how many people mentioned Dark Star Core. It's one of my favorite older GaMetal arrangements, so I didn't change a whole lot around in this remake. I mostly filled some spots that were a bit empty in the 2013 remix.
Smash calls this song 'The Grand Finale', but before that it's been called 'In the Final' from what I'm assuming is a direct translation. I called it 'Dark Star Core' in 2013 because I wasn't aware of the official name.
This is still probably my favorite M&L final boss theme. Enjoy!

I love how this game makes you occasionally forget (temporarily) the fact that Bowser is a villain. This battle was probably among the strongest of those moments.

I just now finished this game after 10+ years of owning it. I'm 22 now. I'm really glad I finished it. My first M&L game as well. Highly reccomend it. Fucking fantastic cover as well!

Hi, first time commenting, and I wanna say like 2 things. 1. I've liked your jams for a good while now and you kinda inspired me to start working more on my original songs on my guitar, so that's cool. Thanks for that! 2. I'm sure you know Jake Kaufman seeing as you did a remix of one of the versions of Shantae's "Burning Town," so I was wondering if some day you could tackle his "Dracula Duck" theme from the DuckTales: Remastered game. It's REALLY good and I'd love to hear your take on it. This comment is long enough and it's probably gonna get lost in the darkest corners of the multiverse, so if you find this I just wanna end off saying that you're super cool and if I was older and had a game in development, I'd get you to arrange the final boss theme because you're SUPER good! I can definitely tell that that's Callie, and the pose looks like her pose from the beginning of the final boss of Splatoon 2, so the next song is probably gonna be phase one of the final boss battle of Splatoon 2

Totally true, I remember that when I played vs Dark Bowser in the part you need to vacuum the dark star I literally destroyed my thumb because of emotion and because instead of spamming the x button I made a similar a movement similar to that of playing a guitar so my thumb skin was tearing apart, all in all, bit is my favorite m & l along with partners in time and dream team bros

@@Neoniq41 stuck in 2010? You're kidding right? While sonic does have great games like colors, mania, the og, and some others, sonic still has utterly atrocious games. Unleashed, forces, Lost World, sonic racing, etc. Sonic is a 50/50 character, and even it's best games aren't enough to make up for the bad ones. Mario curb stomps sonic, and it's not even a contest
