I would like to mention, that in the mid-1980s, a very realistic courtroom scenario was set up. The "Trial of Lee Harvey Oswald", was a British effort, but done with much attention to detail!..Many witnesses to the event were flown over, and Vincent Bugliosi-the prosecutor who put Manson away--and Jerry Spence, another famous public defender, represented the Government, and Oswald, respectively. Several of the people who died after that production, have their gravesites represented here!..Fascinating, to see these previously alive folks, on the witness stand, testifying in front of a judge and jury--who also were all from the Dallas area. You can catch this fine "what if" prosecution of Oswald on KZfaq...it is a very intense thing to watch!

@@famousgraveswithdiamonddave I’ve done the wright brothers grave in Dayton. Try to visit their house and see the wright 3 flyer at the carillon park. It was amazing. Also visit the Air Force museum with all the planes. It’s free. They have the JFK Air Force one

RIP Jim Leavelle. Seems as though he always overstated his reaction and actions when LHO was shot. He states he saw Ruby standing in the crowd with the gun down at his side and that he saw Ruby step out of the crowd. Every photograph taken shows Leavelle looking straight ahead. Ruby has stepped out of the crowd and Leavelle is looking forward. All of the photos show it. In the clip here he states he handcuffs himself to Oswald with the thinking, if they are going to take you down, they are going to have to take me down to. Again, overstated.

I think that officials/police involved during that stressful time, are loathe to accept that they were less than professional at times, not blaming the officers, except for the more senior ones, who approved a faulty transfer of LHO. It has been proven, that Ruby sneaked down a ramp, into the basement, on a whim...he waited for an officer on the street to turn his back...He was also very well-known to the local cops, as he was a sort of police "groupie". He confessed, that when he saw what he noticed was a smirk on Oswald's face, he became instantly angry, and shot Oswald. He had been down the street, buying a money order at the Post Office, just a very few minutes before Oswald was being transferred. Ruby noticed the commotion, and being very impulsive, decided to see what was going on! Later, he said that his motive was a type of revenge, and a way to not have the President's wife go through the ordeal of a trial. He was, like Oswald, a very unstable guy...he had spent some time years earlier, in a mental institution, suffering from extreme depression. Two nut-jobs,made history in the worst possible way!

@@curbozerboomer1773 Curry said no more than 25-50 officers knew Sparky. He was at the Western Union wiring $25. I have a pretty nice vid coming out Sunday where me and a couple of buddies toured the jail cell, lineup room etc.

The Zapruders received $14 million from the government. Mr. Zapruder, originally sold the film to Life magazine, for $150 grand--he gave his first payout to the family of slain officer Tippit's family!...A fine gesture.

I doubt Oswald was headed to the movies, he long missed his turn to go there. I might rather assume he was walking to the bus station, which would put him where he was. The X - any easements I've had - has been from the center of the road, but I digress and bow to the wisdom of the experts. You did a great job on this video, very unique correlation with JFK.

These sites and locations are very interesting and you do a great job tying them into the events. However, in describing JFK’s reaction that can be seen in the photograph, it’s stated he he reacting to being shot through the neck. There is absolutely no evidence that he was shot in the back of the neck. The holes in his clothing show he was struck approximately 5 inches below the collar, not in the neck

@30:10 Cabell stated he was in the state of shock...His brother was Charles Cabell Who was part of the intelligence community in Wash DC...Also he allegedly changed the parade route at the last minute.

The most famous prisoner the United States had in 100 years. You heard Jim say they had death threats. But yet Jack Ruby can walk into the Police station and shoot Oswald. Half, the Dallas police department went to Jack Ruby's strip club. And no one noticed him. Well, thank God you can sell insurance.!!!!!

I read and studied the time and he was married to a Russian and was Marine that had problems and it was around close to Thanksgiving and the Dallas Cowboys had a game cancelled along with presidential re election and traveled from New Mexico than went to Dallas November 22; 1963 10:15 shot declared dead 12:25pm 2:00 pm back east.

June 5 1968 Bobby Kennedy killed US Ambassador Hotel by Sirhan Sirhan from Jerusalem he's currently in jail here up in age Otay Mesa Prison San Diego and Mexican Border and I have magazine about him and the jfk assassination magazine from the Swaptmeet here a collector of history .

Lee Harvey Oswald did not shoot anyone on 11 22 1963 Lee Harvey Oswald was part of a group called the freedom project Which was run by Robert Kennedy Lee Harvey Oswald was innocent

I’ll ask again.. If Oswald didn’t shoot Tippit, then why did he discard his jacket, hide from cops near a shoe store, sneak into a theatre without paying, and resist arrest in a manner that would be characterized today as trying to commit suicide by cop?.. Trust me, autoshot here won’t answer that question, they never do..

Oswald was ID'd by nearly a dozen witnesses as shooting Officer Tippit and fleeing. Oswald owned and was in possession of the revolver the shells were matched to. Oswald discarded his jacket, with fibres consistent from his shirt, between the crime scene and the theater. Oswald was plainly seen trying to hide in a storefront from passing police. Oswald was plainly seen ducking into a theater to dodge more passing police. Oswald was caught red-handed trying to shoot a second cop. Oswald fought police so violently 3 officers were injured just disarming him. Oswald observed, "Well, they say it only takes a minute to die" after asking about the penalty for cop-killing. There is no point or logic in attacking a cop on a public street since if anything goes wrong here, such as the cop simply outdrawing and capturing his attacker, they would just end up confirming a conspiracy exists.
