Here is my Reaction Video to Song in the first 8 minutes of the musical In The Heights! Written by Lin-Manuel Miranda (Hamilton: The Musical) and starring Anthony Ramos, this just came out in the theatres and HBO! After seeing these opening minutes I'm "stoked" to see the rest soon!

fun fact the guy who played Benny(Corey Hawkins) is the guy who played Dr Dre in Straight Out Of Compton, which when Benny is introduced by walking into the Bodega, you can hear the piano sample from Dr Dre's Still Dre

I love that when In the Heights was on Broadway, Lin-Manuel and Chris Jackson would watch the West Wing on Bravo together, leading to it subconsciously influence multiple moments in Hamilton. Having Jimmy Smits in the movie just brings that all back together. (In my head, President Santos went to see In the Heights the way President Obama did for Hamilton
