Just got back from the island. If they would fix the roads, Ambergris would be perfect. However everybody glosses over the road conditions. They are absolutely horrendous. Even the paved portions in town have extreme road bumps, and bone jarring dips.

@@BobF6483 Glad to hear you had a chance to visit! Yes, Ambergris Caye and Belize generally is very much so a developing country. The roads are a lot better than they were a year ago, but if you're newbie there is nothing to compare the current roads to. Question: Can I find a finished Casita in Secret Beach for 100K usd including stam fee, realtor fee and all other fees? Is this still possible?
