Our very own Sabyasachi Mukherjee comes together with the renowned French designer Christian Louboutin and talks about his latest fall/winter couture collection "Firdaus". They also open up about their commonality, their inspirations and their differences.

Would love to see Louboutin put out fashion foot wear of regularly wearable heel heights - as in no more than 2.5 - 3 inches, or even just 2 inches. They should be doable, aren't they?

By Jove, i love Sabyasachi's designs, (who won't?) but I am very picky and critical and don't really like many designers' style sense. Many of his are what I would myself design, and have envisioned.

naomi...from what i've seen (you need to see show called band baja bride) Sabyasachi and the host are old friends/old associates... as in they know each other for many yrs...if you notice she even says Sabya...and when you are friends you usually don't say Mr or Ms...

So your local shops spend 6 months to year on designing a new collection and collect heritage jewelry from kings and heritage clothes to bring back the styles lost in history sure...I thought local shops only sold imported cheap stuff
