Thank you for your military service David Goggins. This man wants to help us grow, and be the best version of ourselves. He doesn't brag at his remarkable accomplishments. He wants us to find the great in ourselves. If we stay hard, stay driven, silence the haters and remember the 40% rule..., we too can achieve our goals. Thank you Sir.

The longer we do it, the more we love to do it, the harder it gets. It’s so much like an addiction. You start to need more and more to get the same effect. And just like other vices, people look at us like we’re dumb for doing it without ever stopping. Keep going.

This video literally changed my life. I swear it felt like I woke up when I first watched it. A voice in my head has always told me that I could be different from everyone but I didn't listen to it, so I was lost, until I saw this. Thank you for making me listen to that voice. Now its making me get better.

I do not know much but I know one thing for sure and that is if people/society is influencing or pushing you in a particular direction and you actually feel affected by this then you are weak. Instead, one should retaliate by heading continuosly towards the same direction or by moving in the opposite direction. You become weak the moment you act in accordance with the expectation of society... Just sleep on it.
@DrFear-ey5wx9 ай бұрын
For the first 23 years of my life, I conformed to societal expectations, always aiming to please others. I allowed myself to be shaped by the desires and expectations of people around me, and I felt like a mere reflection of their wishes, similar to how Goggins once described himself as a clown. Now, at the age of 23, I've come to realize that I made choices based on others' preferences. I attended a school I had no real interest in and took on a job that didn't align with my true passions. I wasted a substantial amount of my own potential. Fortunately, this awakening has spurred me into action. I've embarked on a journey of self-improvement, making daily reflections and documenting my progress in my journal. I'm constantly brainstorming ways to enhance myself further and explore my full potential. Tomorrow, I'm planning to push my boundaries by going for a run at 3 a.m., followed by a gym session later in the day. I'm also dedicated to nurturing my KZfaq channel and continuing my self-reflection through journaling. My goal is to create a life that's true to my own desires and aspirations, rather than being dictated by the expectations of others.
