Yes, it is done very well. The pretty young lady's name is Robin Mary Paris and is around 72 today. She is also dancing in the "Na Na Hey Hey Kiss Him Goodbye" song by Steam which is here on KZfaq.

Thank god...shes still alive. though actually pretty good health sorry for your loss though the loss of a mother has got to be tough I'm not looking forward to it when that day comes.. yeah the memories can really mount in your mind and do a number on you if you let it so just try to remember all the good times I believe in God so I believe that we'll see our loved ones again God bless you. 1967 Seattle. Cruising down Rte5 in a white '57 Buick 2 door hardtop, just back from Vietnam this song came on the AM radio. I was hooked for life. Memories are made of this. Paid $350- for the Buick. Wish I still had it.

This song reminds me of my days in basic training in the Air Force at Lackland AFB, Texas outside of San Antonio. We had weekends off. I would spend my time at the skating rink skating to this song.

Song reached to #1 on this day 55 years ago. The singer, Greg Munford, was only 16 years old when he recorded this song & wasn't in the band. He just happened to be in the recording studio when he was approached by the producer to sing the song.

Boy growing up in Canada and born in the mid 60's I got to observe what I thought were poor girls wearing the same cloths for years. Teen chicks, and woman in Southern Canada wore super short dresses. Beautiful.
