If infection is there, the pH at the infective site is acidic, in acidic pH LA action is not possible. So how come infection rehte hai toh LA act karta hai.. Tere clinic mein act hou matlab science galat hou kya...

Try karke dekh tu bhi ...if given properly make the pt wait for half an hour..it works...and read current articles about this too in journal of oral and maxillofavcial surgery
