Flour - 400 g / 2.5 cups
Almond cream:
Butter - 110g / 3.8oz
Sugar - 100 g / 6 tbsp.
Egg - 1 piece
Almond flour - 100g / 3.5oz
For lubrication:
Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Almond petals
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 20 - 25 minutes
