"Spring Buffer" and "Coil pad". In local leanguage people use to call it as "Ghutka", maximum mechanic use this word Ghutka.

How to lift front suspension? Rear is easy

For front you have to dis assemble suspension and need to take it out to install it. I am personally not recommending you to not modify front suspension. This may cause any type of damage in your car and its dangerous.

yes maine jo alloy lagaya h wo bahar k taraf h. so bodype touch horha tha isliye height increase kiya. Iska fayda ye v h ground level se v increase hota h.
