In my experience with sheep, One of the reasons Courtney catches more fish than Matt is precisely that she does NOT give it the bass master hook set. Let the sheep set the hook for you. Just lift the rod firmly and start reeling like she does. Their mouths are so armored by their teeth that jerking hooksets don’t find purchase in between their teeth. That’s why they are such good bait stealers.

Your videos are usually enjoyable, this one is no exception. It would have been better had you not micromanaged Courtney as much. At the beginning of the video, it was painful listening to the passive aggressive zingers. You don’t have to be a know it all to be a consummate expert. Fish on!!!
