@@rahulkadakkal8234 yes, grateful about your life, grateful you’re alive and not in an even worse position. Grateful you’ve gotten yourself where you are even if it’s not the most ideal. You have to stop and smell the roses but don’t forget to admire the thorns. I know what it feels like to not find gratitude, my husband died 9 years ago and I certainly couldn’t “get grateful” then. It wasn’t too long before I did realize how much more good there is than bad in my life and that made me feel grateful. I’m grateful to have to loved and been loved by an amazing man, I’m grateful I got the time with him I had, for the life we built. I wouldn’t be here today in gratitude if things hadn’t gone the way they did. I know you can be grateful, you just need to see it. Take a pen and paper and everyday sit down and write out 10 things you’re grateful for. Do this for 1 month. It WILL change your perspective for the positive, it’s clinically proven. Help yourself.

Gotta be totally honest, the followers of Joe can be sometimes how do I say this, very out there, you don’t need to go on some trip to go to a workshop and shell out tons of money to get this stuff, but I WILL say like minded people in a group of like minded people always cancel out the skeptics. I will say though that’s not a bad thing, Joe is one of those rare, rare people whose purpose is to help as many people as possible and I’m grateful for him. There’s a lot of skeptics, but if you actually do the meditations and take his advice even though it’s not only solely his advice, it works flat out.

I prefer Bruce Lipton. He is straight to the point and moreso talks about how our biology/neuroplasticity/genes work with our ability to change..and how to implement techniques that are feasible. He is more practical and yet profound. Joe came around after and I'm not too much of a fan. He is ok but I figured out these things completely on my own in a time of despair and diar need to change. Bruce taught me what I did not know. Joe just confirmed what I already did. I'm not sure how to articulate the difference between the two in the way I'd like. I understand what you mean when you say "out there"... I'm not a fan of the whole "Your third and 12th eye surges into your soul and reverberate it to the universe " Etc " feel the flow of desire through Chakras" Nah...I also know I've got God within me. I prefer to hear about the complexities of how change arrives through evidence of changes in the brain, and studies connected to habit/influences ❤

Yup same here, 26 and going through my awakening! I have yet to have a bad day since. I still feel my emotions but they don’t consume me, those emotions don’t reflect “me” anymore. It feels like a lot of things clicking together until suddenly they ALL click.

you are not alone. I figured out at age 24 and remembering it now at age 33. I was my best self at age 24, always grateful. As someone else said here, unplug from the negative and live in gratitude and your energy levels will move to the stratosphere. With better understanding of the self, you might even transcend your energy levels of your 20s 🤍

Like last year l thought l need to get myself a red subaru Forester (be specific) l have no money at all so a value for value trade or better on my mazda.l cast bread back then into the river and just handed it over. I awoke to find a neighbours visitor hugging the boot of my car. It seems he had the exact same one but it was stolen. I said well you get me a red subaru Forrester and it's yours. For one week he looked without success so l sat seated asked for one to come on Gumtree (an Australian site) and it had just been posted. One week later and the vehicle l drive now a red subaru Forrester was mine. The car l traded cost nothing as a mate had a spare vehicle and l had done a bit of roof repairs for him.

This is in line with the teachings of Jesus. Imagine the future you desire so deeply that you feel it in your heart that it is happening now. Repeat daily. Multiple times a day. Our minds are portals to the greater universe (ALL). The ALL will give you opportunities, you must take action on those opportunities (usually something you fear or makes you uneasy) and whatever you desire will be manifested in this reality.
