OMG!!! Thank you for that. Because, I will not lie, I can a pessimist at times in thought, to where my day becomes terrible. I get to those moments to where I don't leave room for optimism. I even hold grudges from many years ago, that just don't make sense. It's like I fuel myself off of negativity as a survival tactic., it gets ridiculous in that state of mind. I need that rule to myself to remain in a positive place for my health. Thank you Judge Lynn. A big 'Divorce Court' fan you have.

Hmmm...as an introvert though some people need to be avoided. Introverts need less socialization than extroverts and we value more meaningful relationships that silly ones that go nowhere and end up annoying us. The one thing that Introverts like the most is silence and a lot of quiet time away from people. This is just one rule I cannot keep at all and never will keep because of how my brain is wired as an introvert. No type of annoyance is considered nonsense to an introvert. That's just how I was born and that's how I will always be. It hurts me more to be around people I can't stand than to just fulfill my responsibilities and go home and do "nothing" when I have free time.
