Wow, I love the unique design of this small house! It's amazing how much can fit in such a compact space.

Love the "flow" of the interior (as another commenter mentioned), the beautiful ceilings in the dining room and living area, the ensuite master bathroom and the "hidden" laundry area. One suggestion: Even if there's no foyer, most people like some type of place to put their things after they enter the main entrance of their home (for example, a small table where they can place their keys and mail, a small shoe shelf/rack, etc.)

I always thumbs up before I see the Premiere because I have loved every one of your designs...my favorite for myself is the upstairs kitchen with a bedroom also on 2nd floor but every design is perfect for many someones...

Wow, Rassel, wow, I am in love! I adore this cottage! Right away I fell in love with the kitchen and how wide open it was. The breakfast bar is great! Not only can it be used for a quick meal, but I can also imagine sitting there and doing kitchen prep work either on my own or with friends. (I used to have students over to cook a Russian meal together.) The flow of living room to kitchen to dining area seems ideal for hosting a party...and then, of course, there's the outdoor space as well. :-) What really makes it ideal for those of us who are older is the fact that everything is located on one floor. I love all the storage space you provide but will admit that I would be nervous about trying to access some of the higher shelves. I guess some super-duper pull-down shelving would come in handy. Anyway, once again you've outdone yourself - bravo!

I'm big on open space so I really like the fact that you can flow from the living room into the kitchen and then to the dining room. Unique ceilings especially in the ensuite. Notice that there's a wall clock in each and every room. Personally I could care less what time it is when I'm home. If I need to know the time I can either look at the stove or my phone. Small but unique. Could use some landscaping outside though.

I so love this design! Nice flow from living room to the kitchen (with the bar counter) and to the dining area. As always, there is good lighting (and natural light), lots of storage space and well-organized and sensible spaces. Congratulations, Rassel!

Beautiful, with one criticism. That lattice in the kitchen seems so out of place, and really just belongs in the yard. Vertical or horizontal slats that match the woodwork would honor the design so much more!

It's a nice design. It does need more space between the front door and the entertainment system.

Very liveable layout, my friend, but in rainy Wales you'd need a coat and boot cupboard by the front door so as not to have a wet corner and muddy footprints throughout the house 😊

Hi Rassel, absolutely love yr designs. Flow is perfect, design concept is excellent. Very very well thought out. U definitely have a great mind to have planned the perfect home.Thank u. Do u have siimilar plans with 3 bed. Except the entrance must be a bit more spacious to accommodate a shoe cabinet n somewhere to put down keys parcels mail etc.

I would pull the appliance counter and bar closer to the sink side of the kitchen and flip the bar chairs to the other side to be able to use the bar counter as additional work space.
