Wow 😮! Ok, now THIS one truly looks decades younger : I usually think he exaggerates saying his post-ops look like they’re in their 30s... to be fair, Gina already looked spectacular. That thick hair, good quality skin, she obviously took very good care of herself and didn’t look 50 to begin with 😍 and that seemed to help her fast recovery! 🤗

Unfortunately, it's difficult to judge how the surgery improved her look because she, as well as all other patients I have seen here, has no make up on the before photo and perfectly done make up on the after. In order to assess the results, the before and after photos should be in the same place, light, angle, without make up (or at least with make up on both pics). I would definitely choose a plastic surgeon who can show me this type of comparison photos.

No one is feeling a lot of pain at all or none at all and maybe a little pressure and that surprises me. One would tthink it would be very painful and that is one of the things that I was so afraid of but not anymore. I have seen so many of your skin classes and surgery videos Dr. Karam that I don't think about the pain at all anymore. You are a great Surgeon and do very beautiful work. I would just trust you and not worry.

I had the same procedure done when I was 45 with a doctor in San Francisco 20 years ago . It was not painful . I’m almost 65 and I still look at least 15 years younger. Best thing I ever did . I paid 20,000 and I’m sure it’s not 60,000 now. I will do another maybe when I’m 70 but can’t afford this doctor..

You are obviously a very talented surgeon. I live in Florida and had a mini face lift when I turned 60…. My neck was done within the procedure as well. I loved the outcome, but within a year and a half I needed fillers for the marionette lines. Eventually my surgeon gave me Sculptra for more volume along with fillers for lines above and below the lips. My surgeon told me that in the future I should have a fat graph done, but decided against it since I am thin and he feels it would not take. I have done so much research about your technique, but it appears that you are the only surgeon performing this type of surgery. Are you training other surgeons to perform the Vertical Restore? Do you give recommendations to people in other states on how to find a highly qualified surgeon such as yourself? If you are the only surgeon who performs this type of surgery, how can we find someone as qualified as you? My surgeon was very good, but after seeing your outcomes and listening to all your suggestions, obviously I didn’t have such a thorough result due to the limitations of my surgeon. How can your viewers get these wonderful outcomes if we don’t live near your practice? Any suggestions in helping us find doctors who might have similar training? Thank you in advance….

I had my facial rejuvenation work done in Vancouver, Canada, where I live. It is really important to trust the process. Find a good surgeon, and believe, because this sort of surgery can change your life. The key is in finding a surgeon you and trust. I believe you Dr Karam is one of those surgeons. I cannot emphasize enough how important the surgeon is in all of this.

I like that all of your patients that I have videos of seem to heal fast and they only look like a younger image of themselves. They look the same but lots younger. Very good Dr. Karam.

This is what you call perfection with an experienced Dr. but, I want to make a comment. I am 65 that looks 50 even before my procedures In a very good health, and instead of waiting until I get to an age full of wrinkles and sagging neck, I decided to do a mini face and neck lift just two weeks ago also with a top Dr. in the Boston area, but I was very surprised with the amount of pain during the first 2 weeks, he did same incisions but I had to be on Tylenol the entire week plus some days during the 2nd week which ended today, and was on antibiotics as well. Results is amazing I love it, my neck looks as when I was 20 and still lots of healing to do, but I I’m not sure that these procedure goes that well minimum discomfort that you need only Tylenol for couple days. Perhaps I was an exception which you don’t hear much about it that you may run into healing issues because your body responds differently. I wasn’t expecting the high discomfort that I experienced unable to have a restful sleep for 2 weeks. Today my last stitchers come off and feeling much better.…good luck to all and go for it, results can be amazing just be an opened mind when you go through these procedures…

I had that done and more than half the hair on my head fell out in my shower over weeks post op. No bald spots, just half the thick volume I had b4 the lift. It never fully recovered. And IDKY it happened but it was devastating

Of course he picked a patient who has a very good canvas for this wide big gigantic face with a very broad high bone structure which holds up very well to age. Try it on a skinny thin narrow middle-aged Caucasian like myself and the results wouldn't be as dramatic..
