I also checked that, but it got me thinking, doesn't the bits edge or point have to be "perfect" cause otherwise wouldn't it start cutting unevenly... And not just that, it would cause more stress on one side if so and lead to failure, although given the short length and the thickness it probably wouldn't break that easily...?
@Ma_X64
@Ma_X64 3 жыл бұрын
@@E_tronics96 best case of course is when all perfect. But drilling is only primary rough operation usually. There are internal cutting after to achieve perfect size.

At 2:35 reminded me of my interview at GE gear plant lynn Massachusetts in 1983 i was 23. I walked into the gear plant for an interview by Superintendent and Forman. As i walked into building rite in front of me they were loading a part on the largest vertical turret lathe i ever seen. I swear I got excited because I never thought I would be playing with the big boys. Loading a bull gear for a carrier and i don't remember the CVN number. The overhead crane was huge. I had been a production machinist and taught myself to read and program CNCs. Previous machining involved loading parts by hand. They were interested in someone that could edit programs manually on machine. Gear Plant was part of Steam Turbine division in Lynn. Usually quantities of 1 or 2 so autimization was one horz boring mill a 4 axis Devileigh ( spelt wrong ). All others were huge machines manually run. Putting new program took months. Unlike aircraft div where it took hours. 2 separate processes in the lynn complex. I later got promoted to R25 level running a new ( largest 7 axis CNC HORZ BORING MILL in US ) 7 axis CNC HORZ BORING MILL for a US Navy RD project. Arley Burke class destroyers DDG 51. My machine 1. Y axis 20ft 2. X axis 100ft a 60 ft floor and 40ft for 3. Cnc 20ft index table 4. Table moved in and out also 5. Z axis was a 12in ram 6. and 6in spindle 7. 90 degr Attachments put on ram and others.

Why are insertions, rotations, removals, and inspections done by hand? If you have machines that can shape and manipulate the material as shown in the video, isn’t it easier to use similar machines to eliminate the mundane handling tasks?

Why not make sure that you are truly saved by Jesus Christ and practice this way. Remorsefully confess with your heart your sins to Jesus Christ who is God and tell Him that you right now are repenting of your sins and you want to be born again of the Spirit from above. Tell Jesus that you are remorsefully sorry for breaking His commandments and that you are begging for forgiveness from Him. Allow His blood from the cross to wash away your sins. After this is done with your heart successfully the Holy Spirit will come to live within you and He will rebuild you from the inside out. Look for signs that you are saved. Things like spreading the good news from Jesus, getting other people saved, a craving for the word of God, reading the Bible, etc… These things are known as a calling and fruit bearing. If you're not bearing fruit then keep doing it. Sometimes it takes time to get saved. Read Matthew chapter 13 from the King James Bible. God bless!!!!!!!
