Soy latina y cada vez que viajo a los Estados Unidos de vacaciones y veo estas casas me super enamoro pero de donde soy jamás podría vivir así jejejeje sin cercas ni nada. En 1 día me roban 😂😂😂. Una vez alquilamos una casa para una semana y me dio ansiedad y terror pensar que alguien quisiera entrar. En fin amo la tranquilidad y seguridad de alla. Definitivamente es otra cosa.

The annual property tax will be $35,000 to $40,000. I don't think it is a good idea purchasing a house over 1 million in Texas because the property tax will be too... Expensive
