Looks like that deal is gone for the moment, it was around most of the day. Generally speaking though, we see them add stock again the next day (almost always). So keep checking/refreshing!

I picked up the garmin edge 1040 on sale. This discount puts it on sale at the same price as the 840, no brainer to go for the 1040.

I didn't list any GB prices, I listed USD prices. GB prices vary slightly, but are generally in the ballpark. Keep in mind USD prices don't include taxes, whereas GB priecs do.

It's a better watch in terms of software features. 265 has the pretty screen though. You can compare on garmins website... they have a comparison tool that is awesome!

So, I used to do the work to track EU/UK Amazon site deals. An insane amount of work, because each Amazon Europe country site uses different links, prices, and so on. But more critically, nobody actually clicked the links. I kid you not - virtually nobody actually bought things via them. And ultimately, almost all of these deals are available at the roughy same price on the EU/UK sites (some slightly higher, some slightly lower). I wish I had more hours in the day, but I'd rather move onto getting out other reviews in the queue, than spending 8-10 hours sifting through EU/UK sites that nobody is actually going to click on, sadly. :)

FR955 sale is still there, hit up this link amzn.to/3WotbjQ - then on teh right side choose 'Other Sellers', and you'll see it there for $319 from Amazon direct, just shipping next week instead. Basically, if it doesn't ship immediately, they hide it on the sidebar. Kinda silly.

Unfortunately UK deals are really not great. Aside from much higher watch prices (AW SE is £192), bike computers are higher too. Garmin 1040 not less than £560+ 🙁
