That is the biggest plate jaw/clamp I have ever seen ! All these processes and their operators are top notch. I love working big anything.

Such amazingly powerful machines. A great tribute to the design engineers. Such a pity about the infuriating muzak though. A dialogue about the technical aspects of the machines would have been preferable.

This might have reached the Tiranic more safe. Just ordinary massive thick real metal. I bet the "Triëste" batiscape in 1960 going 35814 feet deep was just this, made with cast solid very thick massive steel. What works then still works today.....but reinventing the wheel is very dangerous!

Há mais de trinta anos que na empresa onde trabalhei, também durante cerca de trinta anos, que se utilizava este método para enformar todo a chaparia e perfilados de aço, portanto não consigo perceber que coisa tão extraordinária é apresentar estas prensas hidráulicas a enformar peças de aço...

Вот смотрят люди русские на это видео и не подозревают, что точно такие же станки всегда были в СССР. Первый станок, гибочный, только без ЧПУ, еще в середине прошлого века использовался. А сейчас эти станки сдают вместе с заводами в утиль. Уничтожают производство в РФ под корень! Чинушами принята стратегия уничтожения производства, указ ВВП №666 это подтверждает. Деиндустриализация, откат технологий, регресс, вот что нам устроят к 2030 году. А там - концлагеря и работа за миску супа. Мы этого хотим?
