I regret watching this video for all the best reasons. This house is absolutely STUNNING and is everything me and my partner want in a house in Italy. I just wish we had the funds ready to be able to jump on something like this. Maybe when we do there will be another gem like this! Love the videos.

My mother’s family is from Raiano, I spent many summers in my grandmother’s house there, Vittorito is also known for its vineyards, once a year there’s a nice wine feast! Also, don’t miss the S. Venanzio valley with its hermitage built on a river. There’s also a very good (and expensive) wine made in th fields among Prezza e Raiano, it’s called Praesidium (the latin name of Prezza). So glad that Northern Europeans are finally discovering Abruzzo 😊

The two homes joined by that arch makes this townhouse even more of a good deal plus the town looks picturesque and pretty prosperous. I don’t know how close the other towns are, but this is a really good buy mean it is beautiful. I love that courtyard. The rooms are huge building has been updated and kept up. What a beautiful little village. The entrance is is fantastic. And yes I would use the entrance off the little alley with the big dipper doors. Oh my gosh and I can see you having a big party a big dance party in the basement I mean there’s so much you could be done beautiful flowers out in the courtyard I mean it’s a lovely thank you for sharing.

That long cantina room was like a small version of the famous Cavern Club in Liverpool. Good acoustics- Would be perfect for a high end stereo/ cinema mancave.

I’d love to make the smaller bedroom, the yet-to-be completed bathroom and the big bedroom at the end of the hall one large primary suite. Little bedroom becomes a walk-in closet. Have to figure out a new doorway into the first bedroom you showed and then you’d have a lovely huge primary suite.

We are seriously looking into purchasing a vacation home for 6mons out of the year and this one really got my decorative juices flowing, it's EXACTLY our style. Since I've seen this video, I can't stop thinking about it.

It is a very nice property, especially for the price. I wondered about the cantina under the 2nd half of the building till you finally mentioned it toward the end. What you didn't mention was the cantina under the courtyard. Can you bring a car down that road, probably one way, and park in your courtyard? That gate looks like an accordian gate so you can get a car in. Bring your groceries and things straight into the kitchen and use those lower copper doors as a formal entrance for guests and the lower flat. I love that bridge. 😊 Substitute "ginormous" for "humongous" and you'll have it perfectly described. Of all the places I've seen in Italy on youtube, I think I like this the best. Perfect on one level. I could see myself living there. Do they have Costcos or other big box stores in Italy? 😂😅😂😅 Thanks for showing this. Ciao!

So much potential! If the bottom floor was watertight and could have a bath installed, I would create a guest suite. The cantina across from the main door could be storage and a bonus room. A sewing room in my case. The courtyard off the kitchen could be an oasis. The door into the house from the courtyard would be handy when carrying in groceries. How far away is a place to garage or park a vehicle?
