‣ Butter - 2 tbsp
‣ Onion - 1 piece
‣ Garlic - 2 cloves
‣ Milk - 250 ml
‣ Dried basil - 1 tsp
‣ Cream cheese - 1-2 tbsp
‣ Add pasta water - 3-4 ladles
‣ Hard cheese - 70 g
‣ Salt

New subscriber here, watching from Oklahoma in the USA. I like other pastas better than fettucini, but this still looks promising, given the thumbnail photo... more later, after I watch you finish the dish. 🙂 (Edit to add: Well, kudos to you for not using cream to base the sauce on... that's been done so often it's become boring. The fresh onions and garlic were a nice touch, as was the addition of sun-dried tomatoes. One thing I would add if I were making this myself is olives. Those punch up--in other words, quickly enhance--the flavor of just about any tomato dish. :D )
