All these Korean food videos, the places always look immaculately clean, the staff so well organized with their prep, and all the b est food safety practices. I wish more places in the west had as much discipline.

They just put whatever tastes good on a burger. That’s what we do here but they seem to be more daring. I’ve lived in America 🇺🇸 my whole life and never saw a burger with shrimp on it. It looks really good.

The food looks amazing but for me its how incredibly clean the kitchen is. I wish all restaurants had this level of cleanliness and food safety.

Watching these videos is a good hunger enducer. I could get hungry watching these videos even if I already ate something else!! If Koreans brought these kind of burger restaurants to America they would put a lot of American burger places out of business.

Japanese and Korean Restaurants are simply incredible! I mean how the hell can you take something as mundane, basic and simple as a Hot Dog, Hamburger or Sandwich and create PERFECTION?! And even more impressive is their commitment to their craft until they perfect the process just WOW! And yes I know there are other people who make great Burgers, Hot Dogs and Sandwiches but somehow these Guys just take it to a whole other level?

I love watching Koreans making food. Everything looks so precise and routined and ofcourse delicous.

Guess that the blob of white is just ricotta cheese or something along those lines. Really nice looking. Interesting concept of having oyster mushrooms in the special sauce applied to a burger. Really cool. It's nice cause you can do a lot with few ingredients at this place. Looks to me like they sell only around 5 burgers or so. Smart.

I had worked for Michilian star restaurant I miss the free booze the comradely with co workers the "family meal" I do not miss the prep work or the insane hours put in. The fact you double grinded your beef= awesome. If I'm ever in Korea I'll definitely hit you guys up.

My mouth is watering. This couple has a brilliance in combining flavors in burgers I never thought of. The avacado slices were generous. Here in California, USA, you might get either guacamole or a couple of slices, very thinly sliced. The toppings & sauces I could smell & imagine their taste. A burger with sides like you offer would be at least $25 dollars here , & I'd pay it!

This is incredible!! Prime ingredients, grinding the beef, home made cheese sticks, beautiful fresh vegetables, and a wonderful wrapping job. I am and American where I suspect the modern-day hamburger was invented and I have never seen one that is as beautiful and rich as these burgers are!! To me, and I don't mean to be stereotypical, but the Asian people seem to do anything aesthetically pleasing, artistic, delicious, and just better than anyone else does. The cost of these burgers would have to bring a high price and we would gladly pay it if it was just available in the U.S. Chain restaurants try to squeeze all the money they can from an inferior product, and the independent restaurants have a hard time competing with the chain prices thereby having to cheapen their fare. Please keep posting and thanks for this video. I suppose now I'll go get two McDonald's burgers for 2 bucks! Yeesh.

Beautiful looking burgers. That said... There is no such thing as a New York Style Burger. New York City has some signature foods, but nowhere in the discussion of New York City food does the hamburger come up.
