Hello everyone welcome again to my channel.
For today's video is a tutorial on how to make Putong PINALUTAW or Putong Bigas.
I hope you guys learn something new today and enjoy this video. See you on my next video.
Ingredients
1 kilo of regular white rice
1/2 kilo white sugar
2 1/2 -3 cups coconut cream
4 tbsp of baking powder
3 cups of water
Banana leaves
Ube flavoring

I luv the sitting...it reflects the reality of life in the province. Although she spoke Tagalog, she is a real Bisaya whom I am looking to follow. The ingredients plus the procedure are a typical Bisaya version which I could relate to the yummy taste I remembered compared to the present version. I'll defitinitely follow this recipe, Allyn. This was a favorite merienda back home in Bicol. I remember isa lang ang gumagawa nito sa palengke namin at laging bumibili ang lola ko pasalubong sa amin. Thanks for reminding me of my childhood kakanin. I love you videos.

Inday magluto ka ng dudol. Rice flour din ito. Dko alam ang sukat at ingredients. Sa Ilokano dudol tawag namin yung tipong gumagalaw pag inuga mo. Simple pero malinamnam. D yun nilalagyan ng baking powder

Looks so yummylicious... I really missed that putong bigas.. In ani jud ang original way of cooking puto sa bigas sa Bisaya.. All occasions present ning pagkauna like puto, budbod .. Naa pay bibingka sa bigas .. Hummmmm naglaway na hinoon ko.. Try to cook this here in Europe , problema subra ka mahal sa dahon sa saging.. Salamat sa pag share.. God bless..😊😊😊

Rice "flour" nga ang ginawa nya that she made at home pero kasi giniling nya with water kaya wet lang, but if she would have chosen to use "lusong at bayo" to make the soaked rice into flour and mix with the wet ingredients it will produce the same result. But if you use all purpose flour o harina, pede din but you have to adjust the measurements and ingredients ...iba kasi ang sarap ng putong bigas talaga. I know kasi gumagawa din ako ng puto.
