In Croatia we do have app called MUP - Sigurnost i povjerenje where you can take a photo and add description. You can track status of your application/entry (accepted, declined, in progress) but that's it, you don't know if someone really got a ticket or what happened.

Interesting how some walk up, like the woman in the glasses,and pull such stupid faces, pretending to be fully confused,yet in reality, completely aware that the area is a footpath and for pedestrian use only.
