To all those commenting about the map at 00:07 - KZfaq does not allow us to change/replace/edit videos once they are uploaded. The map as it appears at that time is not how we intended to display the map and borders of India. If you watch the rest of the video, you will see that we do show the map including J&K. We do not intend to prescribe a specific opinion when showing maps, but rather display what de facto is happening (in this case, that India administers Kashmir and Jammu) and not "who is right". We know there are viewers of ours who fall on both sides of the debate, and we ask you understand that graphical mistakes are made in the process despite hours of research and revisions.

It's not only about jammu and kashmir but also union territory of Ladakh. Please reupload the video with correction. You did show map of israel with golan heights, Jerusalem and west bank. Irrespective of viewers point of view. Had it been the case with your map, you'd have edited the map & reuploaded the video i suppose. ( I expect this sensitivity because of obvious friendly ties between our countries and i find israelis usually kind 😛 )

Even though we put j&k in indian map, the pok pak occupied kashmir and loc line of actual control , bothwere occupied by pakistan and china, you will see different map according to chinese official map, and you will see a different map in pakistan officials too

@@SuperNam10 Hinduism and Judaism are both very ancient ethnic religions that have been around for 3000+ years, often resisting conversion. Jews also never suffered under Hindu rule. All collective resistance to assimilation has resulted in often violent persecution of Jews and Hindus. Particularly in places like Afghanistan, Pakistan, Malaysia, etc (for Hindus). I recently met a Hindu family who evacuated from Kabul and they basically lived as prisoners in their own home and country. When a country or people remains committed to its ancestral religion (Judaism), ancestral language (Hebrew), etc. Other people with a common struggle will look to that country as a potential ally. It's why millions of Yazidis, Kurds, Assyrians, Copts, Maronites, Hindus, etc look up to Israel and vice versa. BUT, Hindus are not always in the right. I'm against the violence and persecution of Muslims in less developed parts of India. This is wrong.

I noticed another similarity. Our most festive celebrations are both Festivals of Lights: Chanukah and Diwali Also, as an American, I’ve noticed Diwali celebrations are celebrated similarly to our 4th of July Independence Day because of all of the fireworks.

Hello unpacked! It was very nice and accurate video. Btw I read a lot of comments from my Indian bros about Kashmir. Just a kind advice, that please never use a map of india without kashmir, it is seen as anti- India and people will comment before watching the video any further. You should use maps where disputed territory is shown in India and is highlighted (so non Indian and other people can know about dispute) and indian dont get offended. How does one show "the Indian subcontinent as it is"? Maps are inherently subjective, not just in terms of political borders - which is a whole can of worms, but even how you project a 3D image in 2D space. We would love to hear how you would have shown a map showing a country, particularly one with "controversial" borders, without upsetting anyone. We opted for the following rule - if it's an area administered by India we will mark it, if it's disputed well show it at 50% opacity. We aren't stating an opinion on the matter, but rather showing what de facto is happening

I grew up in India as a Buddhist. Never felt unsafe in my country. Grew up celebrating durga puja, saraswati puja, kali puja, diwali, Christmas, and Eid. Enjoyed all the foods, festivities, and colors each festival brought. Witnessed Durga Pujo being celebrated in the Muslim dominated sections of Kolkata. In a world so divided by religions and religious intolerance, India should be an example for how to live harmoniously with other religions.

Why are so many fellow Indians upset about something as superficial as a map? I think the video showed The content is more important, and it was quite interesting and intriguingly presented. Well-organized. That's more important, and I think this video did justice to exploring the complex and unique relationship between India and Israel. In the later part of the video, the map shown did display Indian-administered Kashmir as part of India.

The story of Shri Krishna and Prophet Moses is also similar. Krishna's biological parents were held hostage in a jail by his maternal uncle when the uncle heard a prophesy regarding his end at the hands of his cousin sister's born. Upon hearing the prophesy the uncle whose name was Kans jailed his cousin and her husband. Krishna was born in jail and by the miracle all the guards became unconscious and the chains of Krishna's father were broken. His father crossed the river Yamuna and took his son to friend's home and replaced the son with the daughter of his friend and came back to the jail. All the guards became conscious and the father was chained again. When Kans came and saw the daughter he snatched her and throw her on a big rock, but the daughter was a deity and she took her divine form and told Kans that his end is near, and the child who will kill him has taken the avatar. Finally when Krishna was 11 years old he killed his uncle and relaxed his parents.
