Chabahar port is in Iran, and USA govt has no issues with Chabahar as it was also expected that USA could be supplying Afghanistan via Chabahar. Chabahar would be the way for India to connect with Central Asian countries like Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, thus their logistics is also made convenient, and these countries do not need to make USA upset.Thus India helps Central asian companies to simplify their export route, also helps Iran to earn due to its position, USA does not have problem with this position, so its win win for everyone, except Pakistan
