Necessity is the mother of invention. Normal procedure two cranes required which may not lift in same level, jacking levelling long proceedures. This type of gantry can simultaneously while laying pier can be made. It lifts in same level no swing.

Too slow. Full span launching machine- Straddle carrier and girder transporter by L&T would be 6-7 times faster.
