Ashok uncle truly does make a delicious snack, and the choora pav (he mixes the choora with chutney and stuffs it in the pav) is the most popular amongst the foodies here. There are many reasons why no other vada pav can match the standards this man has set, mainly because for over two decades his vada pav has consistently been tasting the same (and all old-timers can vouch for this fact). Oh lord how I wish to eat a pav vada now. Shame we can't get that pav in London, it's the bread (pav) that makes it great. I miss Bombay sandwich too with amul cheese, can't get that here either. And how I miss the Kala khatta Gola from juhu beach. Ah the bliss of jamnabai school days
