I just selected the right people for the job, and let them do the work they are wonderful at. I did nothing at all, its my team that did it."_ Listening to Sh. Jaishankar made me recall that interview.

I think not only China, but Pakistan also has misunderstood why so many in Indians wanted the removal of Article 370. There is a huge communication gap between the leaders of the two nations, sadly the prior incidents and stances and actions of Pakistan govt has made it increasingly difficult to start a dialog. India's new foreign minister has a vastly contrasting personality than that of his predecessor in Sushma Swaraj. While the later was much more approachable, warm and worked like a mother holding together a family, Jaishankar looks like a competent company director looking for strong business relations with the rest of the world.
