When there is no evidence as per law (not by public ,media and cbi because even CBI is not the final law )and there are records of 16yearaswhich are not rubbed off, let us judge him on what is already proven beyond reasonable doubt(Records) and not what is unproven(Beyond reasonable doubt)

Because technically fixing was not a crime. If BCCI could they would have challenged courts decision in supreme court which was their right. But BCCI knew what mistake they had committed hence they didnot do so , infact welcomed azhar to BCCI meetings and a stand was named in Azharuddins name .

There is a competition to fix Azhar as a fixer in MODIfied India. Even if investigating agencies failed and courts settled it as an accusation without evidence. Imagine a MUHAMMAD AZHARUDDIN, who can as well fix courts in INDIA of the last 2 decades!!! . That means AZHAR is a super hero, and a don who can scare Indian MODIfied courts also.😂😂😂.
