Baki hygiene wagera thik hai lekin ek bohot khatarnaak chiz daal dete hai in packaged cheezon me . Wo hai palm oil . Isse cancer , thyroid , kidney and gall stone , pancreatic failure , liver problems jaise bohot health issues hote hai . Tobbacco se jyaada harmful hota hai palm oil kyuki iski liye koi warning nhi dia jaata. Avoid palm oil at all costs bhaiyo aur behno

Palm oil se cancer hota to poori duniya ab tak mar chuki hoti, palm oil is on same level as Sunflower oil or soya bean oil, actually its better because it doesn't has any trans fat. The real problem with palm oil is deforestation, palm plantation require huge land and for that farmers clear out forest land.
