Excellent podcast ! But I want to raise 3 points about it. 1. Rohit was not dropped on 2011 because of Suresh Raina. Raina was always going to be there. Rohit was dropped and Yousuf Pathan was picked because Dhoni wanted batters who can also bowl a couple of overs if required. Mind you Rohit was not an opener then. He was a middle order bat. Rohit started opening from 2013 champions trophy which India won.. 2. Gautam Gambhir was not opening in 2011. He was batting at number 3, Virat at 4. Sachin & Sehwag were opening. 3. Rohit was playing in 2015 world cup as an opener, but since Shikhar Dhawan had an outstanding world cup, people tend to overlook it, Rohit was Shikhar's opening partner since 2013 Champions trophy.

As a bowler Jasprit Bumrah is one of a kind but please don't try and pour cold water over the other bowlers who also need to perform and have performed very well to get the Indian side over the winning line. This is typical pakistani mindset picking one or two players and making them look like GOD....Imran Khan was a great bowler but over adulation killed your side and since then the pakistanis have never played as a team...waqar camp vs Wasim camp...and the trend continues to this day !!
