Appreciate the hardwork. Lot of vendors in India still use newspaper for storing or packing food items which should be banned as the ink is toxic/poisonous. He is serving in banana leaf which is very good but at the same time using newspaper to store the vadas to absorb the oil. Lot of people have commented about cleanliness which is true. He needs to be educated about cleanliness of the kitchen and all the equipment he is using.

Many years ago, a friend of mine commented like you did in a small outfit like this. A few customers criticized him for the flippant remark even without experiencing the food. By looking at a video there is no way you can comment on the oil. If you were running a small business like this honestly, a flippant remark like that will hurt you. If you have any sense of shame on reading this, you will delete your comment.

I've eaten in small outlets. Oil is more new than large hotels. Don't judge a book by its cover. Idhula admin ku perumai vera. How do you conclude that the oil may not be clean? Do you even have data to back it up? Gas stove not being clean doesn't impact hygeine. If you felt so uncomfortable, stop visiting such outlets. Nobody asked you to. :P
