He is using the same open hand to mix the foods, to cut the vegetables and again to receive the money which is not hygenic at all, can carry devastating germs & may infect our stomach as well as other parts of the body any time & most especially this Corona Epidemic time. Hence he should use hand gloves to cut and mix the foods and money should be received by others. However the food is nice & very tasty and his skills & performance is really amazing & praiseworthy.
