I love this level of professionalism and dedication. Will definitely travel to Jalander just for the food, whenever I am in Chandigarh next so such people remain motivated coz it takes a lot of effort and pains to run such creative ideas. Delayed order is a sign of fresh ingredients as they take time to cook as we see in all 5 star hotels and I am not aware what the prices are, but if ingredients are being sourced from other cities as the lady said in her intvw then cost to achha hoga. Thumbs up to the concept 😇

I suggest do one more thing add one more floor like open your bus most upper teres for customer in the evening and do some lighting over there and also do some food serve in open sky too. this will increased bus occupancy and this will create more attractions like those who need AC they will site at first floor and those who need open sky they will go to teres.

Mera ek sapna hai. To open a resturant in a rail coach to decorate it. All the windows fixed with lcd screens and keep changes the surrounding videos in those screens like rain forest, mountain, dessert etc. Speakers inside with music and running train sound and vibrations of a running train
