India has opened 20 more IIT ie 1 in each state. Further some states have started Super 30 concept where in 1 subject of Engineering in each district is selected and the standard is raised to the level of IIT and respective faculty members are trained at IIT .So that even s student in far off places get very high standards of Engineering Education

Dude no offense, but IITians have one of the sharpest minds in the world. The exam they appear for the IIT-JEE is worlds second toughest competitive examination.....just see the acceptance rate and difficulty of the paper. Many great professors worldwide(from MIT, HARVARD, OXOFRD ETC) have accepted this fact that their brightest students are not able to solve iit jee questions completely. I have been through the engineering examinations conducted in your country they are literally nothing even a below average student in 12th standard from india can solve those questions with cent percent accuracy. Haaa yeh baat hai ki india mein itni opportunities nahi hai isiliye brightest hone k bawajood they don't get paid as much as they should be. par just meet the iitians studying in usa and other developed countries...they are real beast.
