IPS is Indian Police Service. The exam you have to write is called UPSC CSE. This exam is to select people for federal government offices to work there as bureaucrats, diplomats, Police chiefs etc. Out of 1 million people who apply the exam yearly, 600 - 1000 people are selected for the posts. That is the kind of demand that exists for these coveted posts and as a result, you have as much competition. There are three stages of examination and the syllabus is broad and deep.

Very very few Indian schools are like this. Which are in village deep rural areas. This movie is about person more than a decade ago. Please don't stereotype it

No indias schools are not like this. This story is of a small rural part called chambal. Which is why even the interviewers are surprised to hear about the cheating

You won't understand *that school & time* if you DON'T watch it. 😅 And NOPE, 99% of our Schools are NOT LIKE THAT. And this movie is based on a TRUE STORY OF 90s TIME...When India was quite different & poor.

Country of billion were looted n ruled by British for 150 years n institutions were demolished. Only people with money n power could live properly...when British left, the system didn't change only the rulers were n every state couldn't become free in its true sense. The premice of the story is 30 years ago. Situation has changed drastically today n institutions have become stronger...but there's still huge corruption...some states still following the culture of the past n reeling behind. India is the nation of 1.4 billion. You can't expect everyone to be an angle overnight.

I don't know if you know i this already but this is not recorded, this was part of a live stream.. secondly they have a tv screen in front of them too on which they can watch it bigger which is why they kept looking up..
