I would disagree with this because in 2015 Indian team had an exceptional run taking all 10 wickets of opponents each and every match but we chocked in semi finals … also in 2019 we played good cricket but again chocked in semi finals so it’s too early to say anything about this worldcup even though India looks way ahead and unprecedented team but fingers crossed

Siraj & Bumrah are bowling accurately by not allowing the Batsmen to rotate the strike. Therefore, Opponent Batsmen are forced to play risky shot to score . However, in SF & Final, the Opposition team will target Siraj in the powerplay. If they are successful, they will target Bumrah also. Let us see.

I have seen many champion teams in different world events like football,hockey,rugby etc...but have never ever seen such a dominant and confident team playing unbelievable and near impossible games one by one with so much intent and dedication in a world stage like team India is doing at the moment ...they are not only winning they are actually demoralising the opponents and they are not competing with other teams...they are actually competing witin themselves to thrive for excellence and making a statement that they have gone to a level where the difference of skills is way way better than the other nine teams in this world cup....the gap between team India and rest of the teams looks so big that ICC should hand over the trophy to India so that fans don't get bored watching these one sided matches...It seems the pitch becomes batting friendly when India bats and in the second innings becomes bowling friendly when India bowls ....I have been watching cricket since 1992 but never ever seen such dominance from any team not even from team Australia of 2003/07 in a world cup what team India is doing at the moment...they are toying and demoralising the opposition...I mean to bundle out teams within 100 runs 3 times within one month is not a joke...it's something beyond imagination...even great Australian and Westindies teams could not do that at their peak in mega events...they are invincible,they are unstoppable,they are playing the game as if they are bigger than the game,they are playing as if there is no tomorrow...proud to ba an Indian..for us this is just paradise and we are living in our dreams...no matter what will be the result in the knockouts...for us we have already seen a champion cricket team in our life time and we are going to preserve these moments to tell our next generations as a fairytale ... thank you team India

So sometimes Indian control room fails to control the swing, and the Indian batsman is out.

@@utkarshvizard6467 The ODI format was not yet established. They still played it like a One Day Test. Even the sporting and technical regulations of the game were extremely unrefined so difficult to judge and compare. Pretty sure Walsh and Ambrose would be hit for a few sixes in this day and age. Back then batsmen dint have sufficient protection. Also the One Day Test was played with the red ball. The true history of ODIs started in 92.

The real talent of a player is judged by how he plays at knockout stages. Rohit, Virat and gill are good. But, to win Knockout games players like Gautam Gambhir, Dhoni and Kapil Dev are needed. These are completely different category of players. ICC should keep a separate record of stats of players who perform at knockout stages.
