This can be called a crepe dosa is different.. moreover dosa you cannot scrap it like this and you don’t use butter in dosa… it looks good so it can be named something else but not dosa… there should be some thick batter to really enjoy the taste…

Set dosa khaya karo. 2-3 khaa liye toh pet bhar jayega. Paper dosa paper ki tarah hi hota hai mann behlane ke liye, pet kabhi nhi bharta. Bas thoda taste/experience change ke liye khaaya jaa sakta hai.

Fancy foods lead to much wastage of food resources. Regular dosa doesn't require throwing away the ingredients and are reasonably thin.

Yes, these sell at the snacks shops too where you can find cakes, biscuits, mix namkeen, tea, coffee etc. This can be good combination with tea too.

@@FoodKart I understand. Neither there is any demand, nor people are that aware about new dishes. That's why these are not available widely in other places. Though in restaurant menu there is a name butter paper masala/plain dosa which is ready to eat type.

It's like eating papad. They never fill your stomach. Eat other varieties of dosa if you want satisfy your hunger. Maybe 2-3 is enough.

Eventually throwing away major portion of the poured batter. It's better to have regular dosa varieties. Set dosa is also good, bread type and makes the stomach full.
