Sir I am your subscriber and a regular viewer. My father had a wonderful experience with Emirates Airlines on the way from Dubai to Delhi. As flight was late for 7 hours, they took all the waiting passengers to Hotel Grand Hyatt by bus and offered a night stay along with morning breakfast. Then they took all the passengers back to airport in pristine comfort. So this problem may be with Air Astana.

Varun I have a query..Why you did not checked you baggage in with Air Astana? And if there was a limit of 7kg cabin baggage only than how u managed it as your two bags looks for than 7kg in weight.

watching your videos since last couple of weeks.. liking them.. but really have some advice as a frequent traveler... 1. Always don't go for Cheapest Airline option while you are travelling abroad 2. Choose cheap and best that might not be cheapest.. 3. Book ticket through airlines directly under corporate fare or some other business deals as you are travelling frequently. 4. SkyScanner is one of the best option for cheapest flight option but sometimes refer ixigo too.. its my personal experience.. 5. last but not the least come up with travel plan to some under developing countries now about your query on airline responsibilities while your flight is delayed... 1. If flight is delayed due to weather then they have only one responsibility to connect your journey to your destination from your transit nothing more.. 2. If flight is delayed by some other reasons then it totally depends on your ticket fare type like flexi, super value, value pack, web economy, business blah blah.. as far as your ticket is under cheapest fare category airline is having less responsibilities.. o am sure you are aware that there are couple of countries you cannot avoid their transit visa while transiting them for reaching your destination country.. so for them my recommendation would be to book ticket having less than 3:30 hrs layover... as soon as it will cross 6 hrs you might be in trouble but that will also be solved by airline without any extra cost if your connecting flight is delayed not your source flight whether both flights are operated by same airlines keep your nice work.. but bring some more knowledge-base for them too who are travelling like solo or quite frequent.. hope you got me.. by the way my suggestion is to have trip to Turkey (Mainly istanbul & ankara), Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Argentina, Brazil and some african countries like Ghana, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia... hope you will enjoy there too... i am the one who also traveled afghanistan but for business purpose only..

if the flight is delayed and its on the next day same time then they will surely give you stay in hotel with food and transfers or if u spend money keep the bill and they will rembus the cost of food from same hotel but u have to speak to the airport manager to help you out at the airport ... if delayed some good airline if the seriously concert about their client and if its lunch time or dinner time they give food coupons at airport and also to use airport lounge if the airline have their own lounge services ....

Fly by a good airlines next time to avoid trouble
