Recognizing of Israel by Pakistan is not easy to answer, an indirect approach would be through an institution (preferably financial) that gives loans to countries who recognise Israel. If Pakistan benefits from these loans, then Israel has been recognised in one form or the other. One such institution is IMF and Pakistan's loans go back to 1960s (from IMF) during Field Marshal Ayub Khan's time. First recognition of any level has been done by Ayub Khan.
