Circle Style) is played on a circular pitch of a diameter of 22 meters. It has
an inner circle with a line through the middle of the pitch. There are two
teams of 8 players. They engage in one on one raid; and no player leaves the field. The
raider touches only one defender and the defender that has been touched has to stop the
raider from going back. If 2 defenders attack a raider, a foul is declared.
The Men's World Cup and Women's World Cup are played in accordance with the
Punjab Circle Style.
