Sachin Tendulkar became the fifth batsman to reach 10,000 runs in the history of Test cricket when he flicked a ball from Abdul Razzaq down to fine leg on day 1 of the second Test against Pakistan in Kolkata in March 2005. Virat Kohli took lesser innings compared to the Little Master.
The other batsmen to reach the landmark before Tendulkar were Allan Border (11,174), Steve Waugh (10,927), Sunil Gavaskar (10,122) and Brian Lara (10,094).

10,000 He reached during first innings , Yeh During second innings India Were 23/2 Viru and Gauti Both Bowled Mohd Sami was Spewing Venom Sachin Gave a Tough fight and Yeh thx to Dumbest Decision by Bucknor and Irony no one Appealed for it Either !!!! Kolkatta test were Sachin was GIven Run out Bucknor was Panauti On FIeld Umpire there also !!!!! Sachin haters will Never remember this 52 Which was at the time of Crisis Bas Bakwaas Karenge Usne kuch nahi kiya Blah Blah !!! In this Game Sachin took 2 catches and a Intellegently a Lovely Run out of Asim Kamal which changed the innings Otherwise he was a Dangerous Batsman !!!! True. In This era, smith, even if he gets 10000+ with 62 average, is lesser than 10000 with around 58 average at that time/era and nothing when compared the high quality of bowling he faced at that time..... in '90s and 2000s

In that era of 2000-2010, 15+ batsman have 50+ average. In this era (2015- present), only 2 batsman have 50+ average (Smith & Kohli)

Does anyone have Sachin's other 52 from the same match? He made 52 in both innings and I can't find highlights from it or the 94 he made in the test before. We had another classic Steve Bucknor decision against Sachin in the second innings. I remember it distinctly.
